ActiveVirtue Athletics ("ActiveVirtue," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through activevirtueathletics.com and how we use it. The short version: the information you share is voluntary, it stays with ActiveVirtue, and it is used only to serve potential and current members. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with any outside source.
Our Commitment
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or give your personal information to any person, company, or organization outside of ActiveVirtue.
- We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not allow anyone outside ActiveVirtue to use it for their own marketing.
- Any information we collect is provided voluntarily by you and is used internally to provide service to potential and current members.
Information You Choose to Give Us
We only collect personal information when you choose to provide it, for example when you:
- Fill out a contact, tour, waitlist, reservation, or updates form (such as your name, email address, and phone number).
- Complete our membership quiz or new member class questionnaire (such as your training experience, goals, and any injuries or limitations you tell us about).
- Send us a message by email, phone, text, or through the website.
- Purchase a membership, class, or pass.
You are never required to give us information just to browse the site. If you choose not to share something, the only effect is that we may not be able to respond to a request or set up a service for you.
How We Use It
We use your information internally, only to serve you as a potential or current member. That includes:
- Responding to your questions and scheduling tours.
- Setting up and managing your membership, classes, and passes.
- Helping our coaches place you in the right program and train you safely.
- Sending gym news, opening updates, or offers you have signed up for.
- Keeping the website secure and free of spam.
Health and Injury Information
If you tell us about injuries, pain, physical therapy, or other limitations in our questionnaire, that information is reviewed only by the ActiveVirtue team so we can start you safely. It is never sold or shared outside ActiveVirtue.
How Your Information Is Stored and Processed
Like most businesses, we rely on a small number of software tools to run our website and membership system, such as website hosting, email delivery, spam protection, and our membership and billing platform (PushPress). These tools store or process information only on ActiveVirtue's behalf, so we can provide our services to you. This is not a sale or sharing of your information, and these providers are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Payments are processed securely through our membership platform. ActiveVirtue does not see or store your full card number.
We may disclose information only if the law requires it, such as in response to a valid court order.
Cookies and Website Data
Our website uses a few small cookies and browser storage settings to make the site work, for example to remember that you closed a pop-up or completed the class questionnaire. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our forms use a spam check to block automated bots.
Your Choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by contacting us below.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, run our membership records, or meet legal and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to ActiveVirtue team members who need it to serve you. No website or online system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Information about a minor who trains at ActiveVirtue should be provided by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
